Building Analysis:
The building analysis service, similar to a home inspection, is a time- and cost-effective way to evaluate the condition of a property, identify potential concerns, and recommend a course of action to either resolve or escalate those prior to listing. For sellers, this may include rotting wood, deck issues, sloping of a home, etc. Our visual and non-invasive inspection will result in an actionable recommendation that will save you time & money.
Structural Engineering:
These services are available to residential or commercial clients throughout the Greater Boston-Metro Area and Metro-West Natick/Framingham. We work with a reputable Boston Structural Engineer who will provide a signed/stamped affidavit of his findings and sound remediation recommendations.
Chai Design will assist you through the remediation process as needed for permitting, contractor selection, construction supervision and follow-up inspections, should you request those services.
